Following the sorrowful departure of my grandfather, a wave of anxiety washed over me, distressing my heart with fears that his soul may not make it to the celestial heavens. One night, as I succumbed to the embrace of sleep, I was gifted with a profound dream.
In this vision, I saw my dear grandfather, resting harmoniously within his earthly vessel, his casket acting as a gateway between the terrestrial and the divine. Sprouting from his form were magnificent wings of the purest white – luminescent symbols of ascendance and purity, mirroring the wings of the majestic Archangel Raphael, the healer of the heavens. Awash with a radiant divine light, these wings were sweeping and grand, stretching out endlessly as if ready to conquer the infinite skies.
His presence, imbued with serenity and wisdom, filled the room and time seemed to lose its hold. His mighty angelic wings fluttered and danced, causing a soothing breeze that carried a hint of divine promise. It was as if he was ascending from the constraints of the terrestrial world, spreading his wings as a divine messenger, a beautiful soul moving towards the supreme power.
In his silent eloquence, his being amidst my room felt like a divine sanctum where the spiritual domain unfolded its mysteries. He spoke without a voice, communicating straight to the depths of my soul a divine assurance – he had indeed embarked on the journey to heaven.
Amidst the uncertainty of the earthly realm, this dream fortified my spirit with tranquility, heralding the uplifting revelation that my grandfather had indeed crossed into the heavenly realm and was now at peace.

The Dream and its Meaning
To understand this dream, let’s think of it like a movie you might watch on TV. In the story I’m going to tell, a grandpa had just passed away and left behind his grandkid who was very worried that his grandpa’s spirit may not have made it to heaven. Then one night, this kid had a very special dream.
Seeing Grandpa in the Dream
In this special dream, the kid saw their beloved grandfather again! But he looked different – he was lying peacefully inside his casket (like a sleeping place for people once they’ve passed away), which acted like a doorway between Earth and heaven. From Grandpa’s body grew enormous wings – like an angel’s! They were shiny white wings that were lovely to look at and huge too! They seemed as wide as they could stretch across all of eternity.
If you’ve heard about angels in stories or seen them in cartoons, think about good angels with beautiful wings who do good things – those are exactly how our Grandfather appeared!
Grandfather Looking Like An Angel
Angels are known for being wise and calm creatures who bring peace to wherever they go. And so did our Grandfather who happened to appear just like an angel from heaven right there in the room with his majestic large wings softly moving on air creating soothing wind carrying promises of beautiful happenings!
He looked so ready to fly up into the sky towards God Almighty above everyone else right from Earth below everyone else- truly divine!
Communicating Without Words
We humans normally communicate using words but spirit or soul speaks its own language which is silent yet extremely eloquent because you feel it deep within your soul. Just like that even without uttering any word or using any sort of verbal communication method my grandfather conveyed his message directly up into my soul -he was on his way upwards towards he heavens!
A Dream Bringing Peace and Understanding
Dreams can often be like our special super annoying kid sister or brother who’s sole purpose seems to bug us day in, day out but once in a while ends up saying something so profound it leaves us staring at them with mouths open wide. This dream was like the latter, it felt like an older brother or sister reassuring their little sibling that everything is going to be just fine.
This dream calmed down all fears I had about whether grandpa being safe and happy after our goodbye- He surely made it to heaven! The dream may have ended when I woke up but the peace that came from knowing this remained. Isn’t it great how such weird mixture of feelings suddenly turns into wonderfulness sometimes? That’s precisely what happened here!
