We live in times when disconnecting from the World Wide Web means missing out on important calls, emails from work, offers that last for a limited time, or maybe a call from your crush. I mean that is not an option, and for that, you might want to rely on only the best WiFi routers.

But how do you find a needle from the haystack when there are tons of options to choose from? Let me help you with that in this content piece. I will be covering the best WiFi 7 routers that not only provide high internet speeds, but reliability and exclusive features as well.

So, without much ado, let us dive right into it.

Netgear Nighthawk RS700S

If you want to skip the fuss of complicated setups and want a solid choice for a WiFi router, Netgear Nighthawk RS700S is the way to go.

It comes with eight antennas and two 10 Gigabit ports, along with four 1 Gig ports, and a USB 3.2 connection. That is a lot when it comes to the connectivity. The thing that impressed me the most about this machine was its output at a high distance.

It is known that the WiFi 7 routers struggle to maintain their output, but not this Nighthawk.

It is one of the best routers when it comes to long-distance performance. I tested it by placing it 50 feet away from my PC and it still maintained a significant chunk of its performance.

Whether you like simple setups or complicated configurations for the best performance, Nighthawk RS700s can deliver them all. Just make sure you have a WiFi that offers you enough speed to fully utilize the capability of WiFi 7 routers. I rely on Spectrum for my high-speed internet needs. It is one of the best home WiFi with great network reliability, no data caps or contracts, and top-notch support with Spectrum customer service. Get in touch with them to find the best plan for your home if you’re investing in this router to get the best home WiFi coverage.

TP-Link Deco BE85

This one from TP-Link is another great choice for a WiFi-7 router. If you need something that can cover a great area, you should get TP-Link Deco BE85.

Why?

Because you can include it in your already existing network and create a mesh network to work in bigger buildings.

TP-Link is expensive but I think it is worth the money. Just like Nighthawk, this one also comes with 8 antennas with two 10 Gigabit ports, two 2.5 Gigabit ports, and a USB 3.0 port to cover all the necessary aspects of connectivity.

Not to forget, it is also ready to be used with fiber cables as one of its 10 Gigabit ports can be utilized as an SFP+ fiber port. Deco is simple to set up but expensive to get your hands on. Another that I don’t like about the Deco BE85 is that it has a big bulky size very unlike the other WiFi 7 routers.

If you can afford it and compromise on the size, it is still a great choice for a WiFi 7 router.

TP-Link Archer GE800

If you need something that can help you knock down enemies in multiplayer games, the TP-Link Archer GE800 can be your best bet

This is one of the best gaming-oriented routers that you can currently get. This one also comes with eight antennas, two 10 Gigabit ports, four 2.5 Gigabit ports, one fiber connection port, and a USB 3.0.

The best thing I like about the Archer is its design. It looks futuristic and comes with the RGB lights that are pretty much a must for gamers, adding extra “charm” points. Not only it has the gaming-centric lights, but it also comes with the gaming modes that particularly control the latency and pings of the network.

Upon my testing, I had the most stable ping at around 10ms with Archer at a 15-feet distance. Other routers were struggling and had fluctuating ping at 20-30ms, which is fine. But if you need the ultimate machine for stable pings, you should get the Archer.

Asus RT-BE96U

If you need the best speed, the Asus RT-BE96U is the perfect option

This router from Asus absolutely ranks when it comes to giving speed. In my testing, this one gave the best speed out of all the options. It comes with two Gigabit ports, one 3 Gigabit LAN, and a USB 3.0.

Another top-tier feature that you will find only in the Asus is its ability to convert itself into a VPN server. You don’t need to buy a separate VPN plan as you are going to be safe with the built-in security from Asus. The RT-BE96U really holds its great ground in the space of WiFi 7 routers.

If you ask me, which one you should go for, the safest recommendation for me would be the Asus RT-BE96U. It comes with everything you fundamentally need in a high-performance router.
